We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Specialist who understands our approach and is aligned with our mission. This role is ideal for someone who is not only skilled in social media strategy but also resonates with wellness and conscious living.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate the current social media profiles of Life with Terry and provide a detailed report with recommendations.
• Develop and implement a refined social media strategy based on the assessment, ensuring alignment with the brand’s mission and goals.
• Build and enhance the personal brand of our CEO, Terry Malatji, across social media platforms.
• Manage and grow Life with Terry’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
• Create and schedule engaging content, including graphics, reels, carousels, and stories. As the teacher, healer, and life coach, Terry will lead the creation of content, collaborate with the Social Media Specialist ensuring alignment with our mission and teachings. 
• Engage with our Wellbeing Tribe & Awakened Souls community to foster meaningful conversations and increase engagement.
• Monitor analytics and insights to refine content strategy and improve reach.
• Stay updated on trends in social media, wellness, and conscious living.
• Collaborate with the team to promote Life with Terry’s products and services
• Ensure brand consistency in aesthetics, tone, and messaging across platforms.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or Digital Marketer.
• Strong understanding of Social media algorithms, engagement strategies and content trends.
• Ability to analyze and audit social media profiles to identify growth opportunities.
• Experience in creating visually appealing content using Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design tools.
• Ability to write in a way that is authentic, engaging, and aligned with conscious wellbeing.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Tik Tok,  Later, Hootsuite).
• Experience in email marketing and personal brand development is a plus.

Life with TerryM is looking for a Professional Assistant to work closely with our CEO, providing high-level administrative, event, and operational support. If you’re ready to bring your skills to a brand that is transforming lives, we’d love to hear from you.

 Key Responsibilities:

 Event Management & Retreat Planning

• Organize Life with Terry events from start to finish.
• Identify and book ideal locations for wellness retreats.
• Design event invitations and coordinate participant communication.
• Prepare retreat materials, welcome kits, and thank-you notes.
• Work closely with event venues to ensure seamless execution.
• Organize and manage online webinars.

Business & Administrative Support

• Organize business meetings and manage CEO’s schedule.
• Manage Life Coaching appointments and external stakeholder meetings.
• Handle file and document management.
• Respond to email queries professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate business team-building events.

Brand & Social Media Support

• Travel with the CEO to various events and capture moments for marketing of Life with Terry.
• Work alongside the Social Media Specialist to enhance personal branding and Life with Terry’s online presence.
• Manage program subscriptions and membership platforms in collaboration with the Social Media Specialist.

Programme Support

• Assist the CEO with flagship programs, including:
  -Wellbeing for Women with Terry
   –She Deserves
• Support subscription management for Life with Terry programs.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience in event planning, coordination, or business administration
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion
• Tech-savvy – comfortable using email, scheduling tools, and social media platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Passion for wellbeing, holistic wellness, and personal development
• Ability to travel when required for events and retreats
